In order to give you the most value for your website, we offer both person to person or internet based web maintenance training.

Let's face it, not everyone can afford to pay a webmaster to do everyday maintenance. Besides, once the initial setup/design is done correctly and professional. Most web maintenance that is done, simply envolves changing/adding text, changing/adding images or perhaps even adding a page or two. If you are confortable with word processing and would like to save a little money in maintenance costs, we can teach you to do your own web maintenance.

Some of the below topics may seem second hand to a lot of us webmasters out there, but you need to understand them to properly maintenance your own site. We will train you in these areas in order to make sure you are ready to maintenance your own site. And of course we are always available to help you out as you learn. Out in the real world, a one week web training class can cost upwards of $2,500. We have taken the best concepts/practices from these classes and will go over just the areas you are interested in at a fraction of the cost. Plus we cover the areas that are typically not covered in those classes (for the non-webmasters out there). From just doing simple text updates to adding new pages and graphics, Pug Technologies, Inc. can customize a training package that fits your needs.

HOW MUCH TRAINING
Most people are able to get the training needed to maintenance their own website within 2 to 10 hours. More advanced topics like graphics and e-commerce can take more time. We can help you determine if training is a positive return on investment, based on a yearly basis. It will depend on the estimated number of changes to make and the complexity of the changes.
